Supervision and Consultation

I have been providing counseling supervision to interns, practicum students, and residents in counseling in Virginia since 2018. I am deeply passionate about supporting new counselors interested in working with eating disorders as they grow into confident, independent, and thoughtful clinicians.

 

Supervision with me helps residents build strong ethical and safety foundations, refine case conceptualization skills, and select effective, developmentally appropriate interventions for individuals and families.

 

I also provide consultation to licensed therapists on complex clinical presentations involving eating disorders, as well as family-based and parenting interventions.

Trainings and Presentations

Education and professional development are central to my work. I offer tailored trainings for a wide range of audiences, including counseling practices, school counseling staff, university counselors, and corporate wellness teams.
